Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PaidCopilot ("PaidCopilot", "we", "us") for your use of paidcopilot.com and the PaidCopilot app (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a company or clients, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1. What the Service does

PaidCopilot reads data from Google Ads accounts you have access to and produces analysis and recommendations, including creative reviews, AI-suggested ad copy, and search term and negative keyword suggestions. The Service does not make changes in your Google Ads accounts. You decide whether to apply any recommendation, and you make those changes yourself.

2. Early access

The Service is in early access. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. It's currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price and terms before you're charged, and you can choose not to continue.

3. Your account and access

• You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes.
• You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; you're responsible for activity under it.
• You may only connect Google Ads accounts you're authorized to access and analyze, including any client accounts. You're responsible for having your clients' permission where needed.

4. Recommendations and AI output

Recommendations are based on the data available, rules and AI models, and they can be wrong or incomplete. AI-written copy may contain errors or claims that don't fit your business. Review every recommendation and all copy before using it, and make sure ads you publish follow Google Ads policies and the law. Results from advertising depend on many factors outside our control, and we don't guarantee any outcome, such as performance, spend, cost or revenue.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to your data, including your Google Ads data, the content you enter and the copy generated for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or that violates Google's policies;
• access accounts or data you're not authorized to access;
• use the brand scan to fetch sites in a way that breaks their terms or overloads them;
• interfere with, overload, probe or bypass the security or limits of the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on Google (sign-in and the Google Ads API), Cloudflare (hosting) and Anthropic (AI). Your use of Google Ads remains subject to Google's own terms. PaidCopilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC.

8. Our property

The Service, including its software, design, scoring rules and content (other than your data), belongs to PaidCopilot. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time by signing out and revoking Google access. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if needed to protect the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 continue after your use ends.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PAIDCOPILOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, AD SPEND, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY RECOMMENDATION OR CONTENT IT PROVIDES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify PaidCopilot against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your ads or content, or your violation of these terms or of anyone else's rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which PaidCopilot is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for material changes we'll give notice in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, the updated terms apply.
